In creating a new product, it’s vital to understand how people will use it. Then, using the best practices in the design process, you keep the focus on the user and create a product that meets users’ expectations. The basic principle of the user-centred design is collecting and incorporating information from the users and their needs into the design, eliminating the pain points and making the product flowless, enjoyable and desirable.
I closely consider user requirements, objectives, and feedback in creating digital products. My priority is to meet the user’s needs and wants, and I make each decision in the context of what drives value and interest to the user.
